AON held their 1st Annual Ski Challenge on January 26-28, where teams of four hit the slopes to benefit WICC – Aon’s charity of choice. The event raised a fantastic $8,400.00 for WICC – and accepting this cheque on behalf of the WICC Board of Directors was Paul Gardner, SVP Ontario & Atlantic Canada, Northbridge Insurance.
For the last 24 years WICC’s mission is to mobilize the Canadian Insurance Industry in the fight against cancer by focusing on cancer research, support and education.
It’s with support and help at events like these we’ve raised $17.5M towards cancer research and education. 100% of the funds donated to the CCS on behalf of WICC go directly to Cancer Research with no administration fees.
