It was a great day for WICC at the annual Ottawa drive Fore hope held August 17th at Camelot Golf and Country Club. 144 golfers braved extreme heat warnings to take part in the sold out tournament. Foursomes competed in the day-long event that included complimentary use of the driving range, putting greens and pro staff, and included lunch, dinner and silent auction as well as prizes and raffles. This year’s event raised approximately $40,000! 100% of the funds raised will go towards funding cancer education and research initiatives.
