Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. recognizes the importance of supporting its community and is dedicated to giving back through their charitable initiative, Crawford Cares. Each year Crawford employees choose two charities to benefit from the funds that are raised. Since 2004, Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC) has been chosen as the charity of choice and Crawford has been a WICC National Sponsor ever since. Over the duration of our National Sponsorship, Crawford has raised over $500,000 for WICC. Crawford is proud to not only contribute financially to the outstanding cause but also through supporting employees in volunteering with the committee.
For over 15 years we have continued to support this leading industry group through financial donations and employee volunteerism. Many of Crawford employees hold key roles at WICC in their positions on the board and in terms of helping coordinate and organize various events. We were especially proud to have had one of our employees, Marian Adamson, recognized with the Lew Dunn award for her volunteerism with WICC.
